A civil rights group, The Integrity Group has sent a detailed petition to President Muhammadu Buhari and the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) over
allegations that former Governor of Rivers State siphoned over N60 billion.
The petition includes allegations which borders on but is not limited to:
1. Fraudulent sale of Rivers State Power Plants, which amounts to over N60,000,000,000.00

2. Payment of over 1.5bn to Collect Solution Nig Ltd, for collecting taxes.
3. Non-remittance of funds recovered from sales of government assets to government accounts but, rather to private accounts.
