first download simple server. click here to download
goto the network settings of your browser eg mozila, chrome, internet explorer, locate proxy settings
put 127.0.0.1 in IP address and  8080 in port
open simple server app

put the sim in your modem, open the simple server, connect the modem

and start browsing with the browser so simple.

first download simple server phone app. click here to download
download proxydroid here. whether your phone is rooted or not.
install the proxy droid , open it and 
Go to your phone settings Create New APN settings On Your Phone As Follows..
Proxy: 127.0.0.1
Port: 8080
APN: Web.gprs.mtnnigeria.net
Save And Activate it as your default settings.

On Simple server
Go to simple server and configure the settings:

On Proxy host put 10.199.212.2

Proxy Port put 8080

Injection Method select: Get

Injection Query/url: http://server4.operamini.com

Injection Host: server4.operamini.com

Injection Line: press your enter key 4 times

Log level select: Debug
That's all close and click on start

Open proxydroid and put the settings: or download proxydroid here.
HOST: 127.0.0.1
PORT: 8080

save and minimize and start browsing

Configure your phone Apn setting:

proxy = 127.0.0.1
port = 8080

Download and install the  simple server here for andriod

Now let us configured the simple server version 2
Open the New simple server version 2
Under:-
Listen port = 8080
Mark enable proxy box
proxy host = 72.55.142.251
proxy port = 80
Enable injection box
Injection method = get
Injection query/url = http://mobile.etisalat.com.ng/home.php
Injection host =  mobile.etisalat.com.ng
Injection line = press enter 4 times
buffer size = 8092
log level = debug. That's all connect and enjoy...

open simple server folder, open the file that has a gear sign, replace all 'server4.operamini.com' for  IQUERY with mobile.etisalat.com.ng, and  server4.operamini.com' for  VALHDR0 with mobile.etisalat.com.ng/home.php, save
then open the simple server app

put the sim in your modem, open the simple server, connect the modem

and start browsing with the browser so simple.
